Shipping policy
Our shipping rates have been updated to reflect Royal Mail's latest price increase. Tracked 48 is now £2.95 — thank you for your understanding.
We ship Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excludes Bank Holidays).
Please note that shipping to Northern Ireland is no longer available.
We have flat rates for UK shipping & packaging, regardless of weight or size.
- Tracked 48: £2.95 (3-5 working days)
- Tracked 24: £3.95 (1-3 working days)
- Tracked 48 with Signature: £4.50 (3-5 working days)
- Tracked 24 with Signature: £5.50 (1-3 working days)
- Free Tracked 48: FREE on orders over £25 (3-5 working days)
- Free Tracked 24: FREE on orders over £100 (1-3 working days)
Please note that delivery dates are only estimates and exclude the order processing time.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for missing orders. For non-UK addresses, please ensure the recipient is aware of possible customs charges.
Shipping Costs & Address Errors
If your order is returned to us as a result of an address error, you will be responsible for any additional postage costs should you wish for the order to be resent. Any return to sender fees incurred will be deducted from your refund total.
We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery address before completing your purchase.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, we strongly recommend tracking your parcel using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
If you know you'll be unavailable during the estimated delivery window, we encourage you to:
- Arrange a safe place for delivery with the courier
- Nominate a neighbour to receive the parcel
- Request collection from your local depot
- Schedule a redelivery at a convenient time
You can coordinate these options directly with the courier service using your tracking number. Please note that any additional fees charged by the courier for special delivery requests or multiple redelivery attempts may be passed on to you.
If Your Parcel Doesn't Arrive
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us immediately. We're here to help resolve any delivery issues and will work with you and the courier to ensure you receive your order.
Mail Forwarding & Package Forwarding Services
Please note that we are unable to accept orders shipped to mail forwarding addresses, package forwarding services, or third-party shipping hubs (including but not limited to services such as Shop & Ship, MyUS, Stackry, or similar). This applies to any address that is operated by a forwarding company rather than being a direct residential or business delivery address.
Orders placed using a forwarding address will be cancelled and refunded in full prior to dispatch.
We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions about whether your delivery address is eligible, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
Shipping costs for international orders depend on your locality and the weight of your order and will be calculated during checkout.
Please note that the shipping costs do not include import fees and taxes.
Depending on your country's regulations, you may be subject to customs charges upon receipt of your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
USA
When you place an order for delivery to the US, duties will be clearly displayed and collected at checkout, ensuring that you incur no additional charges upon receipt of your goods.
To ensure your order's safe and timely delivery, we use Royal Mail's International Tracked/International Signed service.
EU & NORTHERN IRELAND
Due to the European Union's new GPSR, we no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES
If customs clearance fees have not been paid, orders will be returned to us. Please note that in this instance, any return to sender fee incurred will be deducted from your refund total. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the relevant fees are paid.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Please allow 3–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. International orders may also be subject to customs delays in the destination country, which are outside of our control.
We recommend keeping delivery timescales in mind when ordering for a specific date or occasion. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
While we aim to have your order on its way within two working days, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

PACKAGING
All of our packaging is eco-friendly. In order to do our bit for the environment we may, on occasion, reuse packaging.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Please note that if your order contains items of different sizes, it may be necessary to split your order into multiple shipments to ensure safe delivery. Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split orders - you'll only pay the shipping charge (if applicable) that was calculated at checkout. We'll keep you informed with tracking information for each shipment so you can monitor all parts of your order
INVOICES
To save paper, we do not automatically include invoices with orders. If you would like one to be included, please leave a note at checkout or contact us via email as soon as possible.
